Vegan baker needs your genius web designing brains!

I am desperately searching for someone savvy enough to build me and my burgeoning vegan bakery a Web site with an easy content management system (like, say, Wordpress). It would include a photo gallery of my delicious treats and the following pages/sections:

*home page
*current menu
*about/faq
*contact page
*wholesale order form
*perhaps a blog

I like the layout of the front page with pictures that lead to the menu options on content bar, but that may have to wait until I have a store location.

I like this one for its rough-around-the-edges-ness, but would like mine to have a bit more polish!

Please give me a quote on what it would take to build such a site. I can provide all content (text, pics) but need the site structure built. You can see my current logo & branding here—www.catandcupcake.com--but it is a terrible temporary place holder. The quote should allow for a 60-minute Skype session to walk me through how to maintain and update site elements.

I do not need any eCommerce solutions at present, but something planned for future eCommerce would be ideal.
