Tech Partner/Web Developer for Start-Up

I have a concept and design idea for a website in an unexploited and rich niche of an already incredibly lucrative online industry.

I am looking for a tech partner to help me develop the site. Such a person would have to have experience building sites that involve secure transactions.

I would handle the visual design of the website, the writing of the content for the website, and ultimately the PR, marketing, business, and legal aspects.

I would love to work on this with a fellow MeFite.
