Looking for freelance web designers for a high profile UK startup

No coding skills are required, although a good portfolio is a must. We are especially looking for those who have done work in elegant, psydo-minimalist styles. Additionally, we are looking for those with experience and knowledge in UI and UX on the web, typography and readability (content orientated design).
