Graphic redesign of existing Drupal site (NYC)

A Columbia University department is seeking a NYC-based graphic designer to do a visual makeover on a relatively simply Drupal website (and possibly more than one if it works out well).

We would prefer to work with a local freelancer in New York. You don't need to have a huge portfolio, but some experience designing themes in Drupal or another major CMS is necessary. Ability to travel uptown for in-person meetings is helpful.
