moderately priced web designer to make minicomics website

I want to make a personal site to display and sell minicomics. I would like it to be nicer than what I can make using Googlepages, duct tape, and tears, but it doesn't have to be a masterpiece either.

I'm thinking of a five-page brochure-style website with one of the "pages" being a wordpress/comicspress blog, and a front page where the "buttons" are drawings I made.
