Need a portfolio site for my writing / editing / translation business

My business is growing up and I need a portfolio site to show that off.
Why don't I just use WiX? Well, I have one rather tricksy page idea that will be a showpiece if done correctly. I have absolutely no desire to do the development myself, though.
I already have a feature punch list and will soon have a mockup of that tricksy page. I'd like to have the site deployed by March 31, 2022.
If you have great UI / UX design AND development skills, or if you're on a team with those skills, and you can offer me a decent deal on a site, let me know.
