Crop scanned photos

I have ~250 BMP files that contain ~4 photos each. My mom and I scanned them a few years ago, doing 4 at a time on a flatbed, and attempting to keep them in relative order (we took them out of photo albums that were in relative order).
I'd like to hire a mefite to take these BMPs, crop them so that there are 4 separate photos (PNG is fine), and use some sort of naming scheme that keeps them in relative order.
I realize that this isn't really skilled work, but it will be somewhat time consuming. I'm putting in $12/hr, but this could be negotiated.
The photos are all on Dropbox already.
payscale: $12/hr
job type: contract
