Urgent - Wordpress help required. Paid work.

A Wordpress site I manage is inaccessible after a recent automatic update (lesson learned). I have deactivated plugins and themes through FTP, and put DEBUG to true. I then removed a plugin mentioned in the error via FTP. The error list is now very long and the site is still inaccessible. I am out of my depth.
