Website repair?

I have a small, clunky website a friend put together for me. It's basically just a business card website, with no interactivity. However, the friend is busy and hasn't tidied it, and can't get it to hook up to the URL it's supposed to hook up to (I'm sure that's a technical term.) and I think I'd rather just pay someone to make it show up right and possibly fix the font into something legible.
I would also love to learn how to make font, etc changes, but that's for a later date. I learned HTML about 10 years ago and haven't touched it or anything else since, so that would be job.
