Design wireframes for small IT company

I work for a small IT company. As a web developer, I've created our basic website that I have on a dev server (our current live website hasn't been updated in years), but design is not my forte. I would like to hire someone to create wireframes (I'm very comfortable with CSS/HTML/templating, just not comfortable with making things not look hideous) so our website can go from blah to awesome.
