Web designer needed (Drupal)

A few MeFites and I are working on a pretty fun writing and art project, but need someone who can put together a simple Drupal CMS for us to use.
Funding is, at the moment, non-existent, but I'm sure we can come up with a little bit of cash (since I don't play the "exposure/portfolio" game if I can avoid it).
We have Drupal already installed and a domain, we just need someone who knows what they're doing to knock it together.
payscale: $50 to $100.
