Button Design - NYC Listenerrs

I'm starting a little project. It's a pretty simple one, but it just feel so obviously god that I might as well try it. I want to found a group called the "NYC Listeners". Basically, I want to give people a blank check to go ahead and talk to me about anything: Class injustice to sports. And I need a design for a button that communicates that effectively.
I suppose that means the design has to be simple and easy to recognize. It'd be nice if I could get the name of the group, and the slogan "I want to listen" on the design. Other than that, I don't really know much about what I want.
Anyway, go ahead and contact me if your interested. I have no idea if $40 is a fair amount of money for something like this. But this whole thing is sort of a labor of love project; the $40 is just really to grease the wheels, and to give me the ability to be picky enough to weed out obviously inadequate work.
