Web design agency sought by NYC nonprofit

A nonprofit here in NYC I'm working with is seeking a Web design agency to refresh their (fairly straightforward) website. This will include a visual redesign, some backend coding to implement a new events calendar, and possibly a CMS for in-office editing of website content.
