Designer for new small press in San Francisco

Hi, Metafilter. I'm starting a small poetry publishing company: we're going to put out two books in late 2011/early 2012 and see what happens from there. The only problem is I need a designer.
I wish I could pay you, and there's certainly a possibility of this growing into a more defined job in the future. But as we get this off the ground, I'm working with no budget. I could see this being a cool opportunity for a student or emerging designer. Is the opportunity to define the look and feel of a new literary brand interesting to you? Let's talk.
Interest in and knowledge of contemporary poetry is a plus, but not essential. I like the idea of meeting in person once in awhile (anywhere in the SF Bay Area), but that's also not essential.
Here are some things I'm looking for help with, more-or-less in order of importance:
Book design. You and I will work with the authors on finding the right look for their books, including graphics, cover design, typesetting, etc. If you have time, I might ask you to help me research printers too.
Logo and branding. You'll help me come up with a logo as well as templates that can be reused for posters, magazine ads, etc.
Web design. I'm running a Wordpress site. It's pretty basic right now; you'll help me find the right template and make some tweaks to it. (Note: I'm not looking for someone to get stuck updating content on the site all the time. There are better uses of your energy.)
You don’t need to have a lot of experience in all of these areas, if you're someone who's willing to learn and try stuff.
If this is interesting to you, send me an email. Include a link to somewhere that I can see your work. Give me an idea of what your schedule and availability will be like over the next year. Also, tell me who some of your favorite contemporary writers are and maybe the names of a few books that you think are really well designed.
Thanks.
