About the Company
• Established online advertising company located in downtown Los Angeles

Responsibilities
Work as part of the production team to produce and provide quality assurance on interactive media content (DHTML+Flash and HTML5-based), developed for Fortune 500 companies across major Internet portals, using HTML and javascript. This is an entry-level position for someone who's detail-oriented, driven, and can work as part of a team. We'll train the right candidate to get up to speed.
NOTE: This is NOT a design position.
Qualifications
• Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS without a WYSIWYG editor (you'll be tested with a plain text editor - NO Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.)
• Experience resolving cross-browser rendering issues
• Ability to manage workload, multi-task, and organize multiple projects with quick turn-around times
• Ability to work closely with other members of the production team
• Driven to learn and tackle new issues independently
• At least 1 year of experience working with HTML and CSS
Pluses
• Basic understanding of client vs. server-side technologies and HTTP requests/responses
• Familiarity with DOM inspection and manipulation via javascript
• Comfortable working in javascript without libraries like jQuery
