UI designer / front-end dev

I'm looking for someone who knows how to make complex UIs using web techs. The beast is an Intranet, it has lots of information to display and complex processes, so it's not an easy job. LAMP-based for now, so if you know how to code a PHP front-end, so much the better. Apart from PHP, you have complete freedom to choose whatever tech and design you think is best.
