We are looking for a freelance marketing copywriter / business writer to compose a prospectus / sales presentation for a real estate company.
The purpose of the business plan is to secure real estate investment capital from private sources and financial institutions.
I can provide the raw data with description of our company business, bios & track record, own market research, demographics, economical projections & expected returns. You have to put it together into a simple 6-10 pages brochure that will inform & sell.
Qualifications: Experience in crafting and executing marketing plans, composing compelling copy, some web research.
