Fulfillment Manager

The Fulfillment Manager runs Amplifier’s inventory, fulfillment, and replenishment processes. This includes managing the supply chain of inbound material and components from vendors and Amplifier departments through proper storage and controls. It also includes managing the outbound flow to consumers and distribution-centers. With a core team of regular staff and a large team of seasonal labor, this person manages and motivates based on key metrics and activities, often across multiple shifts. The Fulfillment Manager works with other Amplifier departments to deliver consistently excellent service to our clients’ direct customers as well as their other distribution partners. This position reports to the VP of Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and Putaway
Fulfillment Inventory Control
Parcel Pick, Pack, Ship
Pallet/LTL/Freight Pick, Pack, Ship
Replenishment
Equipment Maintenance
Departmental Budget Management
OSHA Compliance
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Professional, detail-oriented, prompt, efficient
Can thrive and manage personnel in a metrics and deadline-driven environment
Can track and process tasks across concurrently open projects
Facility with Windows operating system, MS Office suite, and Google Docs
Bachelors Degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Understands ERP/Warehouse Management/Order Management Principles
Functional Spanish preferred
Knowledge of SQL preferred
At least 1 year of managing a team
At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
Experience with managing shipping and receiving preferred
