Volunteer Translators

I'm looking for people willing to translate a short paragraph (~160 words) from English to other languages. It's medical information for travel. I'm looking for any languages, but please note that this is a volunteer gig only.

I have a severe metabolic disease called Galactosemia. I am extremely allergic to dairy and must keep to a very strict lactose (milk sugar) free diet. It is very important that my food is always completely milk free.

Ingredients to Avoid
milk, butter, margarine, yoghurt, cream, lactose, whey, curd, kefir, animal fat, butterfat, and ghee
most breads, sauces and desserts
organ meats
beans (except peas, soybeans, and snap peas)

There are a select few cheeses I am allowed to have. They must be produced in their country of origin to be safe. This includes the following:

Emmentaler from Switzerland, Gruyère from Switzerland, Tilsiter from Switzerland, aged Cheddar from England, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy.

Can you please prepare food for me without lactose?

Advice for Doctors and Pharmacists
Lactose is contained in some medication, especially in tablets. Please prescribe for me a lactose free medicine if possible.
