You've got a project that needs a manual. I write. Let's get together.

I’ve worked as a programmer for decades, so I understand software systems and can easily come up to speed and explain them.

I’m particularly interested in short-term or part-time projects (allowing me to spend time on my own writing career). But full time is great too.

I wrote the manuals for two versions of RaterCalc, at Instec, and I’ve written loads of design documents, API documentation, and such. I've also written and published two nonfiction books.

I’m familiar with Microsoft Word, web design, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash.
