Copywriting and / or Graphic Design. Or general administrative, I do that too.

As you can see from the resume, I have spent the last 20 years in museums, doing everything from education to communications. Museums are chronically short of money and staff, so that means I can do anything and often have. I am more than competent with all of MS Office from Excel to Powerpoint and even have built an Access database or two in the past. I use Adobe CS3 - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator - on a daily basis and I am familiar with Dreamweaver.
For the past ten years I've been handling marketing, PR and communications, first for the Asheville Art Museum and then for the Colburn Earth Science Museum. I was laid off in April and am currently still handling the print graphic design for the Colburn, as well as writing all the copy for a new online baby store, keeping an eye on my photography exhibition and catering the occasional event for friends and family. Well, I did say I could do anything. I'm not swamped yet though: I still have plenty of free time.
I have no current plans to leave Asheville so any job opportunities would have to either be here - a stretch, I know - or online. I have done online data entry before and can promise to be quick, dependable and organized.
