Seeking a work accountability buddy

I'm seeking someone who would be willing to gently check in with me (via text, kik, gchat, etc.) throughout my workday to make sure I'm meeting my productivity goals. I have ADHD (see posting history) and this is a coping strategy I'd like to try. Bonus points if this would be a mutually beneficial process for you and that I could help you make headway on your goals!

West coast location is ideal for timing purposes.

I'm really looking for someone who would be willing to try this out on a volunteer basis, but I'm willing to consider payment, too.
