Community TechKnowledge, Inc. (CTK), a fast-track, Austin-based software company serving over 18,000 nonprofits in the US, UK and Canada, is seeking a Sales Assistant. This is a full-time, entry-level position that supports the Sales Team and interfaces with several other departments within the company. It is a salaried position which includes competitive benefits. Qualifications and Requirements:
· The right candidate will be comfortable with technology and eager to learn our unique sales process from the ground up.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of business experience.
· Previous customer service or sales support experience.
· At least two years experience working with MS Word, Excel, with a preference for also using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· High attention for detail and the ability to cross-check data sets for accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Be very motivated, goal oriented, and work well in a cross functional, team environment.

Responsibilities:
· Will provide direct support to the Sales team as requested.
· Answer incoming sales calls, route them to appropriate sales rep, monitor automated call tracking system, and enter appropriate note per call.
· Ensure all leads are captured, accurately recorded, tagged, and maintained using our CRM and marketing automation platform (InfusionSoft).
· Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns (especially email broadcasts) to target segmented lists, help map web and internal forms to merge fields, etc.
· Input and maintain sales tracking records that drive departmental reports and metrics.
· Maintain sales training manual and document new procedures as needed.
· Cultivate and provide customer references to the Sales Team as they are requested.
· Assist the Sales Operations Manager with implementing and maintaining a new customer referral program.
· Opportunities to collaborate with all aspects of the business.

Job Description
As the Transition Support Assistant, you will be a key member of the team that transitions customers from our original, legacy products to our newer products.

Your primary responsibility will be providing administrative support to the Transition team by assisting with transition site preparations, such as reviewing electronic forms, helping with documentation for customer interactions, and coordinating the department schedule. This will include some direct contact with customers by phone and email as well as working with the transition team internally.

Requirements
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and ask questions, and the ability to learn quickly
• An aptitude for following detailed instructions and processes
• 2-3 years experience in an administrative support, customer support or technical support role
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic internet skills and familiarity with web based applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with managing day to day task and ongoing projects
• Two years of college
• Candidates must be able to work legally in the United States.

Preferred
• A passion for enthusiastically satisfied customers
• Experience with non profits
• Experience with scheduling and project management
• College degree
