Consultant / Fractional COO

If you want some idea of how I think, read a lot of my AskMeFi answers - a lot of them are about business, hiring, process, and best practices.
In real life, I'm the COO of a enterprise-level eCommerce agency. I'm interested in taking on fractional COO and consulting work and working out a deal with my present employer to go P/T or contract.
I lead people and manage processes to sell (and deliver) more effectively.
I’m best at roles where I work with both customers and technology to meet business objectives: business development, account management, and leadership of those on the front lines in those areas.
As a business owner myself, I’ve worked in all areas of business, including accounting and Human Resources. I’ve started a business, built eCommerce sites around it, sold it, and perhaps most miraculously of all, worked for the company I sold to for five years.
I have over ten years of experience in Magento eCommerce, WordPress, and open source in general. I've worked with customer bases as diverse as IT security, certification, and manufacturing, as a vendor to companies of all sizes.
I'm quite adept at working remotely, but if you're paying, I'm flying.
