PHP/Database Programmer for small hobby site. Amateurs welcome.
January 25, 2007 4:51 AM

I'd like to change MicroHorror.com over from its current primitive HTML-based form to a sleek new database, in order to make it easier for me to update and maintain. Unfortunately, I am sorely lacking in the requisite programming skills, and require assistance.

All I really need is the database. I don't mind doing the grunt work of transferring all 150+ stories to the new format. I just need someone to show me how.

Please note that this is a hobby site and makes no money. I can pay a little, and I'll be glad to discuss the amount with you, but I just can't afford professional rates. Maybe you're an amateur working your way through PHP for Dummies, or maybe you need a few sites in your portfolio before setting out into the real world. You're the kind of person I'm looking for.

Help a guy out?
