Purchase a ticket for a show in Osaka

I will happen to be passing through Osaka when Superchunk is playing, and it'd be pretty wild to be able to see them in Japan! Advance tickets are available, but not having a Japanese mobile number/credit card makes purchasing difficult.
I am looking for someone to help me purchase one ticket and somehow get it to me before 21 November (electronically or in person - I will be in the area starting on the 19th). Payment via PayPal or cash - I will obviously cover the cost of the ticket + all fees, plus additional compensation for your time.
