Freelance After Effects Guru

I'm looking for a freelance After Effects guru to help create an initial 1-3 minute video. I will provide edited green screen video and drawings to be combined. CS 5.5 with roto brush experience preferred.
Meeting in person in Chicago to discuss the project is necessary but you're welcome to work wherever you like. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
payscale: $300 - 1,000
