E-learning designer / developer

A leading consultancy working with global financial institutions on managing environmental and social risks is seeking a contract (potential to grow to full-time) e-learning designer and developer.
Essential skills
Minimum 2 years experience in design and development of e-learning modules. Excellent understanding of instructional design, and experience in applying this to delivery of engaging solutions which meet industry standards in terms of compatibility and accessibility.
Desirable skills
Ideally, candidate will be experienced in both instructional design and development, have excellent technical skills (Flash and HTML), and be well versed in industry best practice and standards. Experience in integrating e-learning modules into both client learning management systems and hosted environments would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities
The developer would be responsible for:
* creating and customizing e-learning templates
* translating content and storyboards into user-friendly e-learning modules which meet learning objectives
