Backend Developer- Freelance (NYC)

Backend Developer with a decent design eye. PHP and MySQL. A month plus a week to develop the back end for a site that allows users comments with pre and post moderation (language filter and CMS) manage uploaded video assets, create upload scripts, work with FMS (Flash Media Server) Specialist to link to a CDN (Content Delivery).
Must be able to work on site.
