Contract electronic toy builder

A friend is looking for someone skilled in electronics who could build a toy for 4 yr old son. The toy doesn't need to do anything except have blinking lights, switches, buttons, buzzers, dials, knobs, etc. The idea is that since the boy loves to push all buttons and flip all switches in his vicinity, I might as well get him something he could do this on with impunity. This ought to be an easy and fun project for anyone with electronics knowledge, soldering abikity, etc. It could be a board, a cube, etc. I think this is easily doable long-distance.

payscale: negotiable -- I assume parts and labor should run in the low 3 figures
