Have you taken user input and generated a downloadable word Doc from it?

Can you show me a project you've worked on where you took input from a web page and returned a custom doc or a pdf? We will supply a template and a number of text bits that could populate the template in various places. And of course we will supply the logic that drives the customization based off the user input.

If you've done this, can you please get in touch (memail only, pls) ? Because I have a project.
