Network setter upper person

I need to have my three pet stores connected via a secure and private network. I could do it but the only thing I know how to do is buy computers and surf the internet for porn. My stores are located in Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace, and Bothell. I have a very limited cash budget but a very large and generous bartering budget.
