Our client is a multinational, R&D-focused pharmaceutical firm, seeking a fluently bilingual, qualified individual with expertise in dermatology to join their medical affairs team as a Medical Science Liaison.
As an MSL, you will work with key opinion leaders at medical and research institutions across Quebec and Eastern Canada. Your goal will be to establish mutually beneficial relationships to facilitate scientific communications between the company and the research community.
Your expertise in dermatology will allow you to develop an in-depth understanding of research related to the company's key products and provide support to internal stakeholders by giving updates on research activities, summaries of scientific meetings, and input into abstracts/manuscripts and other communications. Your scientific curiosity will allow you to expand your expertise into other therapeutic areas.
You will be responsible for identifying and screening research proposals from investigators, and reviewing promotional and advertising campaigns for scientific rigor and accuracy.
The successful candidate must be fluently bilingual (French/English), and will hold a relevant PhD, MD or MBBS degree. You should have 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs, preferably prior MSL experience.
payscale: $100000-110000
job type: full-time
