Teach me advanced actionscript (Monrovia, CA)

I am interested in expanding my knowledge of actionscript. I'm a beginner and rely on tweening more than I should. I'd like to learn about using external .as files as well has how to use arrays and variables, etc.

This job would be in Monrovia and I would pay $50/hr.
