July 10, 2007 9:44 AM

Law and technology. Two industries that historically have very little dependency on each other. However, as businesses move away from the days of paper contracts and typed memos, electronic documents and sophisticated technology infrastructures have become commonplace with legal teams. As a result, businesses are relying more and more on outside advisors to help them understand where important documents are located, how they can be retrieved and if they can be used as evidence in court.

We employ skilled lawyers, consultants, investigators and project managers to counsel our clients on identifying key electronic and paper documents that could be critical pieces of evidence.

We are currently looking for an Electronic Evidence Consultant (EEC) to assist the business development, project management, computer forensics and data management teams understand our clients’ technology requirements. This EEC will play a critical role in analysing, scoping and pricing business opportunities prior to an engagement. Once engaged by a client, the EEC will be integral in providing technical guidance to the various teams to ensure a full understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities.
