Freelance grantwriter for arts/community space nonprofit

I'm a volunteer with a community nonprofit event space in the Bay Area that runs amazing events that serve queer/trans & BIPOC & underresourced communities, helps artists get paid gigs, and serves as a host space for mutual aid organizations.
We're looking for someone to help us apply to grants to fund the space (operating expenses, space, personnel, projects etc). We already have a spreadsheet of relevant grant opportunities, we just need someone to actually write & follow-up with them, and (optional but appreciated) build relationships with foundations!
This would be a freelance/contract gig. I'm happy to pay a competitive rate depending on your experience (i.e. I am funding the gig on behalf of the nonprofit). Remote OK, & starting ASAP.
