Print and deliver urgent documents in Kojimachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo

I need to get some hard copy paper documents delivered to an office address in Kojimachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo by no later than May 7. It's May 6 there right now (at time of posting), and it's also a holiday (Children's Day, I believe). I'm located in the US and it's too late for me to use DHL, FedEx, etc.
My idea is to email the documents to an agent in Tokyo (i.e. you) and have them printed locally, and then delivered to the address. Japan Post or other some other carrier/courier that could guarantee delivery by May 7 would be fine, hand carrying to the address (with some sort of proof of delivery) is also an option if there's nothing better.
