Make a movie poster

Not an actual movie poster, mind you. This is just for a dumb thing I do on Facebook. I have a picture and a concept and a tagline and suchlike -- all I need is someone to work their Photoshop (or whatever) magic on it. I have no idea how long it'll take or how much I should pay.
