Photoshop some poorly taken wedding photos to look better?

I got married recently! Unfortunately the crack team of photographers (aka guests) were hindered by a lot of humidity, a setting sun in the background, etc - and the photos look sweaty, squinty and overall not great. I'd like to have 5-10 photos look decent. Please note I don't mean crazy fiverr oversaturated, hypercontrasty pics, just do what you can to make our existing photos look better (realistic but good). Looking for someone with strong photoshop skills. I'd want to pay you for one test photo (just to make sure we have the same thing in mind) and then if it seems like a good fit, another 4-9 photos. Because Mr. Arnicae is picky, I'd like the end result to be you sending us the photoshop file with layers so he can fidget with it.

Please send me an example of your work ideally showing what you can do with bad candid pictures of people.

I'd like to pay via paypal, but am open to other digital payment options.
