Advanced Javascript Teacher/Tutor

I need some help brushing up on Javascript ahead of an interview I have coming up soon (less than one week).
I've used Javascript for years, but haven't had any formal education. I'm familiar with Javascript's syntax and quirks, but I'm not familiar with some of the more advanced design patterns and strategies--especially as related to Object Oriented Javascript.
I need someone that can help me build up knowledge in specific gaps I have and answer specific questions. For example--help me understand the factory method pattern, when I would invoke a function with `call` vs. `apply`, how to structure asynchronous logic in AngularJS. Stuff like that.
payscale: Best offer hourly or total.
job type: contract
