Looking for SEO help for a new, small business

Looking for a bit of white-hat SEO assistance for a small, new legal business. We're out of Toronto, so a local is preferred, but am happy to hear from all comers. Also, I'm new to the SEO game, so happy to hear suggestions for one-off work versus other options.
