Drupal Site Repair

Volunteer web dev gone wrong! - I recently attempted an upgrade to our nonprofit's Drupal installation (from 6 to 7). Unfortunately, the upgrade appears to have failed, and my downgrade has left the site in disarray. We've got copious backups of the database and other files, so I need a developer's help getting this site back up in good working order ASAP. Speed is much appreciated.
