Consultant/Technician for migration to SugarCRM

We decided to switch our contacts database from a homegrown system to SugarCRM. We're planning to go with the Community Edition, but to do that we're going to need to migrate our current MySQL database, as well as integrate some add-ons. The full backstory can be found in this AskMe question.
We're looking for someone who knows Sugar inside and out, has migrated data into it many times before, and is proficient enough with PHP to integrate the add-ons that we need (or code them if they don't already exist). There seem to be many companies out there who offer these services to large corporations, but we're a very small arts organization, we're still in our early stages, and our needs are actually quite small in comparison. The best fit for us would be an individual or an equally small company.
