Web Content Migration

I'm looking for a couple resources to help move the content for our website into a new content management system. Some content will come from the existing site, and some from word documents. This is a full-time, temporary position beginning April 4 and running for 4 weeks. You can either work on-site or from home, but I would prefer that you be on-site one day for training. Here is the official job description:

Under the supervision of the Director of Web Communications, the Web Content Coordinators will migrate web content from various sources into the new web content management system.

Responsibilities:
• Completes basic training on content entry in the Ektron CMS400.net content management system
• Managing a list of assigned pages in Excel
• Gathering content from various sources, including the current website, external websites, and word documents
• Entering content in the new system via copy/paste and manual typing
• Assigning images and other metadata to pages
• Formatting content once entered by applying styles (headings, bulleted lists, tables, etc.)
• Adding hyperlinks in content
• Uploading images and documents
• Adding events to the online calendar

Qualifications:
• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School education or equivalency required; some college level training and/or education is preferred.
• Excellent facility in using Microsoft Word, including using tables and styles; experience with Microsoft Excel; experience with a web content management system is preferred.
• Strong organization skills with superior attention to detail.
• Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative; ability to work closely and professionally with others as part of a team.

37.5 hr/wk. $10.00/hour
