Network Administrator / DB Admin With P2P Experience

HiDef Web Solutions, LLC. is seeking a dynamic, creative Network Admin / DB Admin who has a good understanding of peer-to-peer networks, a passion for great causes, and wants to extend their abilities in a productive, yet fun, virtual environment. We prefer this person live in the Mountain Standard Time-zone or very close to it. However we are willing to make an exception for the right person.
What we want to see:
• Fluency in English
• Experience with torrent tracking and server setups
• Intimate knowledge of libtorrent or other open source p2p library
• High Proficiency with Linux
• Experience with OOP, specifically C++, a plus
• Experience with APIs as related to PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, experience.
• Understanding of statistical packages and configuration
• Pro-activity and ability to work independently, but also productive as part of a peer group
• Efficient execution of written directions
If chosen, this will be a contractual position, averaging around 20 hours a week, with starting pay to be determined, based off of experience.
