We are looking for a highly effective Front-End Developer to join our team.
This person is solely responsible for the technical execution of design assets including final HTML/CSS templates and project work files. Although this is more a production than a design role, a strong visual eye and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color impact design is also necessary. It is required that this individual is someone with fresh ideas, positive attitude, good skill set, and ability to shift gears.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Produce HTML/CSS pages from master source documents for integrating into applications
+ Assist in the development of standards, methodologies and repeatable processes for delivery of creative services
Qualifications
+ Minimum two years experience working at an advertising or design agency contributing to the creative execution of large scale web and software application user-interface design projects including ecommerce, content portals, kiosks, intranet/extranets, e-mail marketing, online advertising and web-based application design
+ Ability to solve complex design problems and achieve the highest quality design while pushing the boundaries of rich media online applications
+ Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility guidelines
+ Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Process-oriented with ability to work with different UI materials and rapid prototyping
+ Strong communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
+ Proficient in most MSOffice applications as well as both Windows and Mac operating systems
Education and/or Experience
+ Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) of Arts degree in Marketing/Advertising/Interactive Design/Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
+ HTML, XHTML, CSS skills Web graphic production
+ AJAX / JavaScript (plus)
payscale: $35000- $65000
