Assists senior technicians with installation and maintenance of computer services related to servers and system software. Develops and maintains server configurations, operation, and procedure documentation. Resolves hardware and software problems. Communicates upgrades, back-up and security procedures, server changes, project status, and etc., to all appropriate staff in a timely manner. Acts as resource to other staff or clients on new software applications, hardware, server technologies, and industry trends.
