Installs and maintains computing resources related to servers and system software. Develops and maintains server configurations, operation and procedure documentation. Resolves hardware and software problems. Communicate upgrades, back-up and security procedures, server changes, project status, etc., to all appropriate staff in a timely manner. Provides training to users on server systems and software. Acts as resource to other staff or clients on new software applications, hardware, server technologies, and industry trends.
