Pattern Drafting

I've got the instructions and sleeve for a vintage pattern which is missing the bodice pieces. It's a simple halter dress with a dog ear that wraps from the front shoulder around the back to the front at the waist. Drafting the missing pieces is a skill I do not have and I would like to pay someone to draft them for me.
