Interactive Designer for Experimental Brand Team

Okay I have the best job in the world for the right person. I've moved from the creative department of my agency to head up the brand experience team. Our sole focus: Make interesting experiences that people want to engage with instead of chasing them around with ads they don't want. Sometimes we do client work, but often we build things to experiment with tools and tech and to see what's possible. A couple of our creations: We trained an AI to roast your cooking in the tone of Gordon Ramsey. We made a Chrome extension that lets you work out and watch Netflix at the same time. We're currently working on an AI art project, a 3JS experimental "mental health" project, a Twitch partnership, and an experiment to see if people will try to date AIs on Tinder. It's the most fun I've ever had at work. But we need a skilled interactive designer to make it all look as slick as it should. You'd be working on an interdisciplinary team with me, creative technologist, devs, and social/digital strategists. Adobe skills are critical, including XD. As is restless creativity, a desire to learn about emerging tech, and a little bit of weirdness.
The team is based in Durham NC, but I am open to remote, as long as you're good working on east coast time.
